The hotel desperately needs renovation, as the rooms feel like a haunted house with dirty curtains and broken windows. The pillows emit an old aroma and are below standard. However, the maids were pleasant and hard-working during my stay.

Stepping into the hotel felt like entering a haunted house with dirty curtains, broken windows, and even a roach lurking in the room. The overall standard was below what I expected, and the staff seemed quite cranky. However, the location right on Malecon was marvellous, even though the weekends were loud with music and packed with guests. The dining experience was okay, and the service was not tourist-friendly, especially with the senior lady Manager.
